First2Care is excited to announce our transition to a new portal, rolling out from the 1st of September 2021. This represents a major step forward in providing our plan-managed NDIS participants, their nominees, and Support Coordinators with a higher quality and sleek portal to view plan budget details, as well as scope to further enhance your experience.

The rollout will be a complete shift from the current portal, which means that all users will need new login credentials. Your existing password is stored securely and cannot be reused in the new platform, so you can rest assured that there are no security issues in this rollover.

The new platform will offer all the same functionality that you are used to, with a sleeker design and lightning-fast navigation.
