QA & Systems Improvement Manager

I’m in QA and systems improvement which has a lot of scope for exploring ways we can deliver the highest quality service to our clients. Financial processes are often very stressful so it is always rewarding to help out people with a disability by ensuring we handle it as best we can. This is my first role in the sector, but I am very proud to be part of a team that takes genuine care toward our role in the lives of people with a disability. One of my most memorable experiences with First2Care was actually one of my very first calls to a client.
Despite feeling super nervous, I had a really lovely interaction. It was during the COVID-19 pandemic and the client was rather lonely, and was so thankful that First2Care had called to check in with them. Knowing that our team works very hard to do what they can for our NDIS clients inspires me to do my job. I think the NDIS is an extraordinary social program and I’m thankful to be a part of it. I’m also a big fan of sport and cooking (but not at the same time)!
