The First2Care team are available to respond to any issues that you have with our service and support.
As a provider under the National Disability Insurance Scheme, we have a complaints procedure in place to deal with any issues that arise from us providing our services.
If you feel that the seriousness of your complaint is such that you would prefer to submit it anonymously, please use the form to the right to do so.
This complaint will be direct solely to a representative of our board of directors without any personal information needing to be provided.
