Complaints
The First2Care team are available to respond to any issues that you have with our service and support.
As a provider under the National Disability Insurance Scheme, we have a complaints procedure in place to deal with any issues that arise from us providing our services.
We take this very seriously and will do our utmost to respond quickly and courteously to any complaints you have.
If you would prefer, we also have an anonymous complaints procedure that will send your message directly to a representative of our board of directors without requiring your personal information.
