CAN I SEE MY NDIS BALANCE ONLINE?
Yes. The my NDIS participant portal shows your current budget and remaining balance. The myplace portal provides plan information, including your support budget and funding report. You access the portal linked to your plan through myGov. The First2Care portal provides available information about funding administered by First2Care. It is separate from the official NDIS participant portals. Contact the team if you need help understanding how claims being processed affect your balance.
CAN I TRACK MY NDIS SPENDING IN REAL TIME?
All invoices that have been processed, submitted and paid are available to view through your First2Care portal. Once funding for a claim has been approved, the value is deducted from your allowance and remaining funding for that category will be reflected so you can see your position accurately for the current funding period. Like any regular bank statement online will show, you can also see funding quarantined for submitted claims, once NDIS approval for the claim has been granted.
HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH FUNDING I HAVE LEFT?
While monthly statements must show spending and remaining funding, including any concerns about overspending, you can check online at anytime to see how much funding you have left in any category within your plan.

CAN MY SUPPORT COORDINATOR SEE MY BUDGET?
Contact First2Care to discuss sharing relevant budget information with your support coordinator and the consent arrangements required. Sharing a statement and providing portal access are different arrangements. The team can explain what is available without you needing to share your login details.
CAN I RECEIVE BUDGET REPORTS?
Yes. Plan managers like First2Care provide a monthly financial statement to help participants review their spending and remaining funding. If a figure is unclear, check the details online or ask the team what it includes and whether any invoices are still outstanding.

How can I avoid overspending my NDIS plan?
Check the funding conditions in your plan and ask your plan manager about the amount currently available. Plan managers monitor budgets and check that claims align with the participant's plan and available funding. Quality plan managers like First2Care will keep you informed if it looks like you are either over or underspending so you can maximize your plan usage confidently.
