Who Offers Fast Payment Processing for NDIS Plan in Queensland?
First2Care provides NDIS plan management across Queensland and process correct invoices within 1 business day of receiving them. This includes checking invoices against the participant's plan, available funding, and applicable claiming requirements before submission. Once a correct claim is submitted, the total processing timeframe also depends on the NDIA process time, payment reviews, and whether further information is required.

WHAT DOES PERSONALISED PLAN SUPPORT MEAN?
Personalised support means explaining your plan-managed funding in a way that relates to your circumstances. You might have a question about your available budget, an invoice from a provider or an amount on your spending report. The team can help you understand that information and what it means for your plan-managed funding. Our role is to manage the financial administration of your plan-managed supports. This includes monitoring spending, checking invoices, submitting eligible claims, paying providers and keeping financial records. Plan management is separate from support coordination and does not replace your my NDIS contact.
HOW DOES INDEPENDENT PLAN MANAGEMENT RELATE TO PERSONAL SUPPORT
Yes. You can review available budget information through the participant portal connected to your current plan, plan types are PACE or PRODA. The information shown may differ between my NDIS and my place. It may also depend on how each part of your funding is managed. If First2Care manages your plan, you can also review available information through First2Care's portal.

No. First2Care's head office is in Spring Hill, Brisbane, but we support participants across Brisbane, Queensland and Australia by phone or email. You do not need to live in Spring Hill to receive personalised plan-management assistance from First2Care.
