4. Do you have an online tool so I can keep track of my NDIS budget?
Our Plan Managed participants have access to the latest technology with our First2Care Plan Magic online portal. On the platform, participants can view, edit, and update their profile, input their NDIS goals, load important documents such as service agreements, and submit invoices. All our Plan Managed participants receive a monthly budget statement so they can see how they are track. And on top of that, participants wanting more regular updates can login to the platform and see all the information they need online. Easy!
If you currently don't have access to your personal Plan Magic online portal, you can contact 1300 322 273 or firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for your personal login details and password to be generated.
5. Are the invoice and payments processes clear, including processing times?
Participants who are Plan Managed by First2Care can upload invoices to our NDIS Plan Management platform themselves, email invoices to our accounts team at email@example.com, or request that service providers send invoices directly to us. Once we have them, and have checked that all the information is correct, our accounts team will process your invoice within 48 hours to ensure your service providers are paid in a timely manner. We pay on time, every time.
