You can access your NDIS information through my NDIS portal or my place participant portal using your myGov account linked to the NDIS. The portal you use depends on the system holding your current plan. If First2Care manages your funding, you can access First2Care's portal to review the most up to date information available about your plan-managed budget and invoices.
Understanding the NDIS Participant Portals?
WHAT CAN I DO THROUGH AN NDIS PARTICIPANT PORTAL?
The NDIS provides two participant portals: my NDIS and my place. You can use my NDIS if your plan was created in the NDIA's system, or my place if your plan is not in that system. Both are accessed through myGov. You can view your plan and budget information throught he relevant portal. If you self-manage all or part of your funding, you can also make and manage claims.
CAN I SEE MY NDIS BUDGET ONLINE?
Yes. The my NDIS participant portal shows your current budget and remaining balance. In my place, you can view your plan details, including your support budget and funding report. If First2Care manages your plan, you can also review available information about your plan-managed budget through First2Care's portal.
CAN I TRACK NDIS SPENDING?
First2Care portal lets you review available information about your plan-managed budget and spending. The information reflects the funding administered by First2Care. Recently received invoices or changes may not appear immediately. If an amount does not looks as expected, contact First2Care so we can help you check it.
Using First2Care's Portal
Yes. If First2Care manages your funding, First2Care's portal shows available information about your invoices and payments. This may include paid invoices and invoices still moving through First2Care's processing stages. The information can help you understand how your plan-managed funding is being used.
IS MY NDIS PARTICIPANT PORTAL SECURE?
The NDIS describes my NDIS and my place as secure websites. You access the portal linked to your plan through a myGov account. First2Care portal uses separate secure access from the official NDIS participant portals. It is good practice to always keep your access details private and contact First2Care if you need help accessing your account.
CAN SUPPORT COORDINATORS ACCESS MY PLAN MANAGEMENT PORTAL?
First2Care offers portal access for participants, nominees, and support coordinators. Contact our team to discuss authorised access for someone supporting you, including the consent or authorisation required.

You can access the official participant portal linked to your plan through myGov using a supported browser. The myNDIS app is available for compatible Apple and Android devices and lets you review your plan and budget information.
