I'm the Operations Manager at First2Care and with the help of our General Manager and other Team Leaders, oversee all staff and business processes relating to our Plan Management organisation. Given my technical background, a large part of my job has been building, managing, maintaining and enhancing our custom Plan Management platform - MyPlan.

I personally take a lot of pleasure from seeing MyPlan deliver benefits to our clients by ensuring we're paying their Carers and Support Providers as quickly as possible - as well as making sure that our staff have the best tools in hand to support our Clients with any queries they may have regarding their NDIS Plan.
