I am the Team Leader of Client and Provider Services; this includes various customer support and on-boarding duties. However, my main focus is making sure that the support and services provided by First2Care staff are the best that they can be. Over my time working with the NDIS I have created a number of close working relationships with Participants and Support Coordinators, this makes picking up that phone even more rewarding.

As I am someone who has a parent that is assisted by their own NDIS plan, I know first-hand how the NDIS can help re-establish and empower participants to make the most of their lives. It is a honour to help in any way that I can in this industry. When I’m not in the office you can find me on the squash court, solving a Rubik’s Cube or attempting to play chess.
