I started at First2Care in October 2020 as the Receptionist but have since moved into my new role as a Client and Provider Services Lead where I provide general admin and client liaison duties. Before First2Care, I was a florist and before that I ran a live music venue where I got to see heaps of my favourite bands play live!

I have learnt so much in my short time at First2Care and I'm extremely proud of how quickly I'm progressing within the company. I'm passionate about providing exceptional customer support and while I'm new to the industry also, it's been such a pleasure getting to know the Participants and Support Coordinators we work with on a daily basis.

I have learnt so much and it feels amazing that we help make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities. In my free time, you'll either find me at a gig, reading IMDB for movie trivia or re-watching How I Met Your Mother for the thousandth time.
