Getting Started in Brisbane

WHAT MAKES THE FIRST2CARE PARTICIPANT PORTAL EASIER TO USE?
First2Care’s portal gives you access to available information about your plan-managed budget and invoices. Having that information available online lets you review it before contacting our team with a question.
Ease of use depends on what works for you. When getting started, check whether you can find the information you need and understand what it shows. If a balance or invoice detail is unclear, ask our team for an explanation rather than trying to work it out alone.
DO I NEED A DIFFERENT PORTAL BECAUSE I'M IN BRISBANE?
No. The NDIA's portals and the First2Care portal work the same way for participants anywhere in Australia, including Brisbane and the rest of Queensland. Being in Brisbane doesn't change what you can access.
CAN I GET HELP SETTING UP MY PORTAL IF I'M NEW TO IT?
No. The official NDIS participant portal you use depends on the system holding your plan, rather than your location. You use my NDIS if your plan was created in the NDIA’s system, or myplace if it was not. Both are accessed through myGov.

First2Care’s portal is separate from these official portals and is available to participants whose funding we manage. Living in Brisbane does not require a separate First2Care portal.
CAN I GET HELP SETTING UP MY PORTAL IF I'M NEW TO IT?
Yes. For First2Care’s portal, you can complete the registration form on our Portal Access page or contact our team by phone or email for assistance. For an official NDIS participant portal, follow the NDIS portal-access guidance. It explains how to create or link your myGov account.
